Surprisingly dramatic and very decent. Nothing notable, just good ol’ Nicky selling lots of guns and narrating the whole thing like he was Ferris fucking Beuhler. He talks over the entire movie.
The esteemed Women Film Critics Circle Awards was impressed enough with his performance to give him the Most Offensive Male Character award. Impressivo!
Highly watchable and even though it’s not one of his unhinged roles that I prefer to watch, this could be some of his best work. Jared Leto played really well as his brother and they actually kind of looked like brothers.
